RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
This return policy is valid for the countries of: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia.
At YOLO Yard, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, especially when it comes to items like cell phone cases. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and our limited warranty to ensure you have a smooth experience.
Free 30-Day Returns on Your First Item (Orders Over $100USD)
We're delighted to offer free returns on your first item for orders over $100USD (or local currency equivalent). Simply initiate your return within 30 days of confirmed delivery, and we will handle the return shipping costs on eligible orders. This special offer is applicable to your first item, while additional items are covered by our standard return policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and/or SKU sticker, and in its original packaging.
Before You Buy
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we encourage you to thoroughly review the product details and verify that the model you select is compatible with your device or that you have reviewed our size guide for apparel products. Damaged in Transit
Your satisfaction is our priority. If any product, including cell phone cases, arrives damaged, we are ready to assist with a full refund, store credit, or a free exchange. For phone cases, please ensure:
- The case is unused and retains its original protective coverings and SKU sticker.
- A clear photo or video of the damage is provided. To proceed, simply email info@yoloyard.com with your order number and evidence of the damage. We're committed to resolving your issue promptly.
Incorrect Orders and Exchanges
Accidents happen, and we understand. If you've ordered the wrong item or need an exchange:
- Before shipment: We will adjust your order at no extra charge.
- After shipment: You'll be responsible for a restocking fee of 40% of the item's price (excluding any discounts) and the shipping costs for the replacement. To simplify the process, there’s no need to return the original item.
Returns for Refund
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a restocking fee of 40% of the original price (excluding discounts, taxes) applies. However, if you choose store credit over a refund, we reduce the restocking fee to only 20%. You will receive a refund for the remaining balance, or you can opt for store credit of the full original amount. This option aims to provide you with more flexibility and a favorable outcome.
Damaged After Use (Phone Cases)
We know that accidents can happen when you least expect them. If your phone case doesn’t protect your phone from a drop, resulting in damage to both:
- Provide a clear photo or video showing the damage to both the case and your phone.
- Email us at info@yoloyard.com with your order number. We'll review your claim and provide a refund for the phone case or issue store credit as soon as possible.
90-Day Limited Warranty (All Electronic Products)
We stand behind the quality of our electronic products, including phone cases, with a 90-day limited warranty. Should your product suffer damage from everyday use within this period, reach out to us. For phone cases, we offer a replacement at a 40% discount. Contact info@yoloyard.com with your order number to start the process.
Important Notice
Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds, store credits, or accept returns for:
- Used items
- Products damaged outside the 90-day warranty period.
- Damage occurring after removal of protective coverings due to normal wear and tear. Our policy is designed to minimize your hassle and expense, offering you solutions that are both practical and beneficial. We value your satisfaction and aim to make every aspect of your experience with us as convenient and positive as possible.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@yoloyard.com or use our return portal. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided to you after you contact us.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
